What I do with my time determines how I live my life.
TIME is the most valuable resource, you have. Use it wisely. No one knows how much time they have. But, we all know once it’s gone, it’s gone!
There is a great benefit in learning how to properly manage and maximize your time for success.
To prioritize what you do ask, yourself what is the most important thing you can do that will move you closer to your goals with the least amount of effort. Block out time on your calendar to do the work and treat that time with the same importance as an appointment with your doctor
There are 8 proven quick tips to help you prioritize tasks, which will ultimately allow you to work more efficiently.
Record all activities:
- Know what you want to accomplish.
- Develop a strategy to accomplish your goal.
- Write out every task required to carry out your strategy,
- Work on your priority task daily. Be consistent. Don’t let other peoples goals take over your life.
Make a list of EVERYTHING on your plate. Work on the top three. When you do your quarterly review, archive anything you haven’t touched during the quarter. These are your “do it someday files”
There are lots of apps that can help you digitize your planning. I use several.
